Los Angeles native, Tara Hotchkis has been a top producing real estate agent for over a decade, with recent sales of more than $300 million in residential real estate.

In 2015, Tara Hotchkis and Dominic Labriola began a partnership as LHspaces and together in 2017 the partners represented Major League Baseball Player, Ichiro Suzuki in the sale of his Downtown Los Angeles Art’s District Penthouse Loft, setting a new price per square foot record in Downtown Los Angeles’ Boomtown. In addition to representing celebrities and high profile individual and corporate clients from DTLA to Malibu, the pair also represent fine estates internationally, having represented a country estate in Kinsale, Ireland and a villa in St. Tropez, France.

In addition to real estate, Tara is passionate about contemporary art and design. She supports several non-profit arts organizations including PS Arts, is an Ambassador for the Los Angeles Public Library Foundation’s Young Literati, sits on the Los Angeles County Museum of Art’s (LACMA) Decorative Arts and Design Council, and is a member of the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art’s (MOCA) Directors Forum. Tara is a member of SAG-AFTRA, having appeared in numerous television shows and commercials. In 2013, Tara combined her passion for art and architecture and co-hosted “The Kuhnert Chronicles” for Ovation Television Network.

Outside of real estate, Tara enjoys travel, hiking, and painting. She is a former NCAA Division I tennis player and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine.

My favorite architect, property or design influencer: I’m a mid-century art, design and architecture lover. Neutra, Eichler, Eames, Noguchi, Roy Lichtenstein, Mark Rothko, Jasper Johns, Robert Rauschenberg, Jackson Pollock.

On a free day in LA, you’ll find me… either at the Broad Museum, LACMA, the Getty, the Norton Simon, or the Huntington Library & Gardens.

Causes I care about: I’m a member of the Decorative Arts and Design Council at LACMA, an active supporter of P.S. ARTS, which provides funding for the arts programs in Los Angeles Public Schools, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, an Ambassador for the Los Angeles Public Library Foundation’s Young Literati, serve on the Leadership Council for MOCA (Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art), and am a strong supporter of the Downtown Los Angeles Music Center, Dorothy Chandler Pavilion and The Los Angeles Philharmonic.
