Dominic Labriola entered the real estate industry as a wide-eyed 10-year-old. The hours he spent working alongside his father, a general contractor and realtor, fostered his love for designing and selling homes. This deeply embedded passion for the industry became his launchpad for his career as a young Realtor in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

When Dominic got his real estate license at 19, he already had years of experience in design and construction, so he dove into his career in Lake Havasu City. He quickly built up a strong and successful solo business by using the internet to cull quality leads and turn strangers into clients. Soon, he was managing the top local agent’s office, selling a high volume of homes every year. When the market crashed, Dominic took some steps back from real estate and he also began to transition his life and career to Los Angeles.

A glance at Dominic’s life and career reveals a resilient drive that is core to his being. From managing his family’s business through hardship, to diving back into the real estate industry after the market shift, he takes no opportunity for granted and perseveres to achieve the best for his clients, many of whom have become his friends. Dominic’s determination and dedication to his clients has led to notable success in real estate. He is proud to represent influential, leading Angelenos from film & television, professional sports, technology and medical industries.

Dominic co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer of a boutique real estate brokerage.  During that time, Dominic oversaw the day-to-day workings and implementation of the systems which grew the company to 55 agents and over $1 Billion in annual sales.

Dominic brings an innate understanding of the industry and a broad spectrum of experiences to LHspaces. He is also the host of the podcast Real Shift Radio, which features stories of people he has met from his experiences in real estate who inspire him, sharing their successes, challenges, discovery moments and best practices.

My favorite architect, property or design influencer: I have a strong affinity for Spanish style homes and duplexes. Most recently I have started to really like warm contemporary homes and the clean architectural lines that embody that style.

On a free day in LA, you’ll find me… on a Pilates reformer at Live Well Chiropractic and Pilates, running in Santa Monica with a group of wonderful people, driving through Hancock Park and daydreaming about living in one of the estates, enjoying iced tea on a sunny coffeeshop patio, or savoring the Chicken Sandwich at Honor Bar on South Beverly.

Causes I care about: My heart belongs to a number of causes, including The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team In Training, Best Friends Animal Society, and The Los Angeles Library Foundation through the Young Literati.
